This is the campaign at this record's Kickstarter link, and it is where the widely quoted "$3.6M raised" belongs: $3,613,470 at campaign close on October 10, 2025, rising to $4,028,111 after late pledges closed November 20, 2025.

• Observed: shipping to early backers was publicly reported as underway by November 21, 2025 (GamingTrend) — on the promised schedule. Rokid committed to regular production and fulfillment updates for backers in its November 21 release.

• AI service dependency (the main long-term risk). Every headline feature — assistant queries, translation, transcription — depends on cloud AI partnerships. The integration roster already changed between January and July 2026 (ChatGPT/DeepSeek/Qwen at launch; ChatGPT-5/Gemini on the current page). Nothing guarantees today's assistants remain available for the device's life.
• Spec drift between launch claims and the current official page.
