How this ledger works
States are extracted from each campaign record's sourced delivery evidence — creator updates, press coverage, retail availability — never assumed. "Fulfillment unverified" means the promised window has passed and we found no public confirmation in either direction; it is not an accusation. "Delivered" reflects public evidence of backer fulfillment, which can lag reality. Each campaign page carries the underlying sources. States refresh as the nightly pipeline re-checks records; the dataset date above is the honest as-of.
Scores and delivery states are recorded independently — a campaign's Trust Score is set before its delivery outcome is known, which is what makes the ledger a test of the methodology, not a marketing surface. Methodology.
